We believe there is tremendous opportunity in the culture and resiliency of Louisiana’s people and small businesses. We are exclusively searching for businesses that operate in or can be relocated to Louisiana.

We are prioritizing businesses that have been in operation for at least ten years, with a demonstrated history of economic success.

At this time, we are only considering businesses with more than three million dollars of annual revenue, consistently flat or increasing since 2021.

We are (mostly) industry-agnostic but are looking for businesses that have opportunities for growth. We are looking for businesses with a solid footing, and lots of head-space.
